Easyship is a B2B scaleup with investors like Picus Capital and Kima Ventures and partners like eBay, Shopify, Google and Kickstarter. Easyship offers an all-in-one shipping tool for eCommerce merchants. Easyship helps merchants provide their customers real-time, preferential shipping and insurance rates by implementing on their sites Rates at Checkout and Insurance at Checkout features among others.
Responsibilities
New Feature Development:
Built a new embedded insurance feature so that merchants can offer their customers third-party insurance with real-time rates at checkout. While growing our topline, this feature gave end-customers confidence to purchase high-value items from merchants and boosted sales.
New Market Launch & Localisation: Developed go-to-market strategy to announce the newly localised platform in French, German, Spanish, Polish and the addition of local shipping companies in France allowing French merchants access to domestic shippers on top of international
PLG, In-App Activation, Content Marketing: Developed Appcues and Beamer in-app activations and onboarding flows for different users. Produced product education content, knowledge base articles, video tutorials, demonstrations, case studies.
CDP Analysis & Implementation: Built a tailored tracking system with events and attributes corresponding to each funnel stage such as key time-to-value and aha moments. Analysed and compared various CDP such as Segment, Bloomreach, Rudderstack and Insider. Led its implementation collaborating with cross-functional teams.
