I joined Meta (parent company of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Workplace and Quest) as a Level 4 Product Marketing Manager.

My Responsibilities

  • I managed global strategic growth products across FB, IG and WA and partnered with Google, Samsung and telcos

  • I was responsible for a ~$500Mn/year program leading meetings with over 100+ cross-functional senior managers, directors and VPs improved upon feedback

Outbound

  • I developed global GTM plan for IG Lite and WhatsApp new rollouts leading to +4 partners in Q1 and +5.2% inc MAU growth on the maps and got budget buy-in from Meta COO

  • I developed outbound decks and partner narrative

Inbound

  • I shaped product roadmap gathering partner and market insights, writing reports on highlights, lowlights, headwinds and tailwinds and set KPIs.

  • I analysed partner sentiment and sustainability (qual+quant) research following the weakening PMF sentiment, commercial drop, increasing competition and fear of partners non-renewal, formulated recommendations leading to partner renewal.

  • I quantified value exchange for an analytics product and built value matrix to evaluate new products and partners
