While working full-time at Meta as a global strategic growth PMM, one of my responsibilities was to launch new strategic growth products we developed for the past 2 years in collaboration with the WhatsApp team. I helped build a business case and negotiate better deals with our commercial partners by tying the new WA product’s KPIs onto direct value creation and exchange opportunities.

My Responsibilities

  • I developed a 360 global go-to-market plan from scratch, inclusive of legal, privacy and business impact perspectives to launch WhatsApp new products and aligned +100 stakeholders

  • I designed a US, Europe and LatAm pilot, defined success metrics and a partner prioritisation method

  • I built a business case to negotiate a partner budget and got C-suite buy-in

  • I proposed new value exchange and value creation opportunities setting KPIs

  • I increased incremental WA MAU by 5.2% and went to market with 4 partners in Q1
